Default Holes in the bumper

I was wondering if anyone heard of or knows a better way to do this but I was wondering if any makes plugs? for the holes in the front bumper from a license plate being screwed in. I don't really want to repaint the ENTIRE thing to cover up two holes. Any ideas? No, bondo is not an option

I posted a thread about this issue as well in another section. I wonder if BumperPlugs.com can help us out. If you notice there are actually four holes in the front bumper. Two holes fasten the plastic licence plate holder into the bumper, while the other two holes fasten the actual license plate. It's a shame because I didn't expect to have four holes like that in my front bumpter. The IS350 looks so much more impressive without the licence plate in front of it

Guys if you need me to make a personal call on Bumperplugs let me know. They're HQ'd in Charlotte and the guy actually gets the plugs paint done at a bodyshop a couple doors down from Hendrick Lexus, our local Lexus dealer here.

The Bumperplugs offfce is in the same office park with my Zaino distributor / clear bra guy. My GF has some on her Porsche 911, quality stuff.

Sure Dave, that'd be great. I actually emailed "Eric" tonight (a contact on their website). I don't know if that's the guy to speak with, but if you can see if they have our Lexus paint colors (specifically the black onyx on my IS350 ) I'd appreciate it.

Cheers!

Post up what you hear back from them and if they don't have it I'll swing by and see if I can convince them to start carrying it

Got an email back from Eric today saying to just order "Black". I guess that's supposed to match the Black Onyk Lexus paint. Then he said to go to the products page and look at the information regarding drilled dealer holes. Apparently a 1/4" hole is a perfect fit for these plugs. I don't remember the holes in my front bumper, but I'm pretty sure they're smaller than 1/4" so I need to drill the holes myself.

I've e-mailed Eric a couple times today. The match for the Millennium Silver is Alpine Silver. He said that its a 95% match but i'm just not confident. Any of you guys have any input on this?

Yeah, from what I hear this Eric guy knows his stuff. According to him the stock black will match the Black Onyx color. I guess at $25/pair i don't have anything to lose. I can always send them back if the colors don't match.

Any of you guys own the new IS? It actually has 4 holes believe it or not. 2 of them are dealer screwed holes and the other 2 seem to have threading. Dunno if I could plug up the threaded holes...

Default Bumper plug pictures

I just bought these about a week ago. They are pretty damn close to RSP but not exact. The only way you can tell the difference is from about 1-6 inch's away. Past that they look the same as they do in the pics. Much better than the freakin holes anyway!! I'm still working on the key hole plugs, they don't fit our SC's apparently but that doesn't mean we can't make them fit

Not sure if I want to waste $25 on two little plugs. I'd just stick two thumb tacks there, then paint them with touch-up paint.
