How to Touch up Bumper Scratches on RX300?

Hello,
I have a new white gold crystal 2001 RX300 (3 weeks old). I was parking the car in my apt complex and misjudged the length of the front of the car and kind of scraped the right front bumper against a vertical rain gutter which was painted white.
Luckily, the gutter absorbed the soft impact and left my bumper only scratched, but no dents whatsoever. Regardless, I felt sick to my stomach when I heard that "screeeeeech!" I'm still kicking myself for misjudging that distance.
Anyway, what's done is done.
As I mentioned, the bumper is not dented at all. There are just several small (1-2 cm) scratches in which the silver paint of the bumper has been scraped off to reveal the black bumper underneath. In addition, there is also a small area where the white paint off the rain gutter got transferred onto the bumper. All of the scratches are hardly noticeable unless one is looking for it specifically.
My questions: Is there any easy way to touch up these scratches? Is there a good product that I can get at PepBoys or AutoZone for this touch up? Remember, it's the _bumper_ that got scratched, not the actual body of the car.
When I take the car in for the 30 day/1000 miles service, I plan on asking for a quote, but already know that the dealership would probably charge an arm and a leg for the job.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It's probably not that bad, I don't think they make touch up for that, although they should. In most dealerships little bumps and "bruises" like that occur regularly, and I'd bet they get a preferred rate at a local body shop. I wouldn't expect it to cost more than $150-$200, but that's alot more expensive than a bottle of touch up paint for $10 bucks. Worth asking about anyway.

I would recommend checking out http://www.autopia-carcare.com/ and reading some of their FAQs and articles, or even post the question in their forum.
I would suggest getting some Perfect It 2 - Fine Cut Rubbing Compound and trying that before going the touch up paint route.
Sorry to hear about your unfortunate little accident.
