Default Headlight HAZE goes BYE BYE

Got bored today so went to Advance Auto to get some of that Meguiar's Plastx Plastic Cleaner & Polish. Boy did it make a difference. The pictures are not the best but you can tell there is a difference and in person MAN looks great. I cannot wait to see it at night. All in all it took me about 5 minutes to do all four lights.

Looks Great. Nothing better than a product that works as advertised.

I ordered my PlastX direct from Meguiars last week. I should have it by Tuesday. Everyone who has ever used this product speaks very highly of it. I'll try to take some before and after pictures as well (although, as you found out, I think it's hard to make the haze show up in the picture). Nice job.

Pep Boys carries "Blue Magic" plastic and plexiglass cleaner and light scratch remover. Works as well as the meguiar's.

Thanks for the idea.. I bought some plastx today and cleaned all the lights 2-3 times and they shined up pretty nice.. they weren't as bad as yours but that stuff really does the trick... I'm going to use it on the ES tomorrow... Thanks again...

my sc had it pretty bad. rubbing compound and meguiars scratch-x wasnt strong enough so i wet sanded startign with 400 grit, 800, 1500, 2000 then finished it off with compound and scratch-x and its totally clear now. my suggestion is to sand the lights if the compounds arent enough. doesnt have any more rock/sand chips either

There's also a Wolfgang polishing kit for headlights that is said to work well.
