Mothers Billet Polish is the best I've found, works incredible for initial cleanup & polish.
Meguiar's NXT All-Metal Polysh is cheaper and quicker for routine maintenance.

I havent used this stuff personally, but I have seen the results ant they are very impressive. This stuff makes the bottom of a soda can look like chrome. But the cool part is when you apply the sealer. They sprayed the can with water and it all beaded together in the middle, then he tipped the can to the side and all the watter wicked right out.
