Unhappy

Hi,
I just got a new lexus gs300 but i haven't taken delivery yet. i saw my car today though. It was freshly washed BUT... my car is black and it has swirl marks all over. Now my question is, is this normal? I mean if I use cotton mitts to wash the car and a cotton towel or chamois to dry the car would I have gotten the same marks? When you guys with black lexus' took delivery of your cars were there swirls is what i'm really wondering....

thanks for your help.

Default Black is tough

I had made a request for my dealership not to use a wheel on the car for delivery. At my first service appointment, someone moved the sign "Hand Wash/Wax only" and they used a wheel and f-d it all up - I freaked out on them. Paint is unfortunately very swirled now, but Zaino wax/Z-5 is great at hiding the swirls.

Hello,

The is the problem you will encounter with all dark finished cars. As soon as you wash it, swirls will begin to appear. I too would suggest the Zaino car care products. They work very well. I think aristov300 might sell it or go to www.zainobros.com. Hope things go well with your car and congrats!
