What do you use to apply wax?

I've been using a microfiber towel to apply wax to my car and another towel(s) as the remover. Are there better ways of doing it (or more efficient)?

I use an applicator to put on; and I use a towel to remove the polish

Yeah, same... I use Meguiar's Even Coat Applicator and a microfiber to wipe off.

I use a foam MF applicator for KSG and foam applicators for other LSP's like UPP, EXP, Pink Wax and Natty's. I pretty much use whatever the product recommendations say.

porter cable i can apply a coat of wax in 15 minutes. =)
