Default Zymol Vintage Glaze - Group Buy Anyone?

This is one of the biggest displays of excess I have seen!!

http://store.zymol.com/zcat/shopxpress?store=zymol&additem=zwax|1999&nextpage=vintage2.htm

22 oz. for $1852.00. Unlimited Refills though!!

We should get a group buy going and get some to all the members on there. We get enough people we could get it cheap. With the unlimited refills everyone will get some.

Supposedly some famous detailer uses it on the cars for the famous stars out in Hollywood.

Just thought some of you might find this intersting.

I believe the "unlimited re-fills" is actually one per year.

Default Strike that last message....

I am speechless....

Apparently the Zymol Estate wax is for chumps, this guy uses a $13,200 tube of Zymol Royale!

His name is Paul Dalton. Some pretty nice cars in gallery.

Ya, his videos went through the detailing circuit a couple months ago. He's a good detailer, but no better than most; just a marketing genius.

super expensive carnauba...
so this make me wonder how much carnauba is in a normal Turtle Wax can or Meguiars can of carnauba wax?

like 30%?
how can wax be this expensive?!?!?

For $70 I honestly think you get a better wax in Pinnacle Souveran or you can do $35 and buy Trade Secret from Top of the Line.

Don't put too much stock in carnauba content. Those claims are not "patrolled" by the government/FTC and are often very misleading or outright lies.

Less than 1%, normally.

Souveran is so incredible, I agree it's an amazing wax. I was skeptical until I tried it. That said, the Estate Glazes are equally as incredible, but at their prices forget it. You're right about the carnauba claims too, although I think Zymol is generally pretty honest about it. I've seen some lesser known brands claim 50-60%, which is usually way off. Most waxes we all use have less than 1-5% actual carnauba wax.
