Taking off clear bra

How do you take the clear bra off? I've had it on for about 4 years and cannot get the dirt off along the edges ( Pearl white ).

My clear mask have many scraches and just replaced with the new one. I always just pull and peel it off, --> polish the paint out -->use 3M cleaner spray to clean wax and residue -->install a new one.
