Default Griot's Garage Random Orbital

I have looked to see if anyone posted a thread or reply to the use of the Griot's Random Orbitol.
Has anyone had any experience using this piece of equip? It sounds good but that doesn't always mean anything. Thank You for any insite on this subject....Joe

They use to sell the Porter Cable and now sell there own version..................there products are all good quality and I would not be afraid to buy one. (but I have a Porter Cable )

Several people on Autopia.org have commented on this one. They apparently are not too thrilled. It is a rebranded model made in China. Griots is good but overpriced. The Porter Cable was almost $100 more than the same model you could buy at Lowes.

Thank you for your input. I may take a look at lowe's. I felt that the porter cable at $199 seemed to be high but the griot's was more reasonable at $129. And with all things today the product is cheaper but then so is the quality....Joe

I have used the cylcopolisher for years and have not been disappointed.
