Default How many of you left your windows down? on a.

Sunday night left my window down so the car could smell fresh again. BIG MISTAKE, It started pouring out, and at the time i was at a party, and totally lost wut was going outside. When i went out it stopped raining, then i realized my window was down. Now my car stinks!, anyone every left thier window down? if you do, do yu kno how to get rid of the stink? and i also want to add a related question. Last time my mother had spelt a gallon of water in her car. anyone kno how she can soak up all the water?

And the gallon of water wasnt spelt on the seats, it was just on one side of the passengers floor,(a carpet that has been wet for weeks)

i would say head over to a local auto store, and purchase yourself some leather cleaner and some deoderizer, and some tons of air freshner

i used febreeze car on mines. i did the same thing on my other car and i used everything i could to take it out...only thing that actually got rid of the smell was febreeze cars. you gotta get the car one though, not the normal ones. as for the spill...vacumm it! hahaha

put a nice absorbent towel there to soak up the water. the less humid the interior of your car is, the better it will smell. so get the moisture out first. other wise, you will just be masking the odor instead of getting rid of it.

need to buy those OEM Toyota window visors... it sure helps a lot specially on a summer (here in CALI.) days! i always leave 'em open just a bit for those fresh air to come in
