Default Best Scratch Remover?

Hello guys, I'm new to this forum and I'm wondering what you guys would suggest to use to remove scratches? I've been searching around and found that 3M scratch remover and Meguiar's Scratch X are both pretty decent and I'm wondering if you could give me any personal experience with those two products or any other that you would recommend. thanks!

I just used 3M Protect it II Rubbing Compound on my son's BMW 325i and it did a nice job in removing much of a scratch without being harsh on the paint. Put a coat of wax on it and it looks alot better.

To be accurate, the 3M rubbing compound is "Perfect-It" not "Protect-It".

The original poster might want to do a search on the topic on this site's detailing forum, as I suspect they've discussed scratch removal products in depth over there.
