Black isn't always hotter. Living in Texas I have had a black car my whole life. During the summer when it's 105 outside, every car interior gets hot. My black leather gets incredibly hot to the touch, but SO does the light gray leather in my mom's White RX 330. Any car is going to get hot if the sun is beating down on it.
I live in Gulfport MS, constant heat and humidity = not fun. There is a noticeable difference between the black interior and the grey interior. Also, when it comes to cooling the car.. the car with grey interior cools much faster than the black.
And that is what is important! And yes, I use the Lexol to clean mine.. Haha I am really OCD when it comes to the interior. I was just curious to see if I had made a good decision. But, like I said I wish the headliner was black.
