Best hand vac?

What do you recommend as a good hand vac? As in powerful and effective. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Dyson just came out with one, supposedly the best one on the market. But its playing in the $200 Price point. Or you could always look for a nice Fantom one in Bed Bath and Byeond.
