How often do you wax?

I think it's great that you take such good care of your car, but this is WAY overkill. If they're using Zaino, you need it reapplied every three months at the most. The leather should be conditioned monthy at the most. I'm sure you're not going to hurt anything by continuing to do this, but you could save around $500-$600 every year by getting it fully detailed on a more conservative schedule.

Not quite correct. Some polishes are abrasive. Some are not. P21s paintwork cleansing lotion, 3m imperial hand glaze and pinnacle paintwork cleanser are not in the least bit abrasive. Remember, what gives the paint a great/wet look is the prep, not wax. With that said, twice a year should be plenty on the polish.

I only recommend to wax the car only twice a year since wax will tend to eat up your clear coat eventually.
A wax with no abrasives cleaners will enhance the sealant protection and will NOT harm you clearcoat.
If you only wax your car twice a year and do not hand wash and clay it you will notice that the clear will be full of micro scratches and wash swirls. Also the clear will have contamination. Run your hand over the surface after you wash. It should feel smooth as glass.

I'd say stick to this with a good quality sealant once a year and a wax every 3-4 months as long as you're garaged or don't have trees that drop sap 24/7 and your set! of course regular wash minimum once a week sometime 3 haha

Here in Bellevue, WA, where crap falls from all the big
Trees 365/year, the outside vehicles need Zaino about every 9 months or so, the inside cars can use Zaino about once a year or longer. Where I used to live in Northern California, you could go easily a year if you garaged it at night. Zaino isnt hard, but requires you do a really good prep first so that it will stick to the paint. I dont care to try anything else now, its that good for my needs.

Can you recommend a good quality paint sealant? Also, do any of you think that the Zaino wax is better than Meguiar's NXT wax? Just wanted a comparison.

Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection is great!!! As far as Zaino vs NXT, you're comparing apples to oranges. NXT is an OTC product while Zaino is a "speciality" product. I'm not saying NXT (NXT 2)isn't great; it's probably the best OTC wax out there.
You should skip Zaino and go with the Poorboy red limited edition wax. If you want to spend more $$$ on a wax then try Swissvax or Wolfgang Fuzion.
Try putting 1 layer of sealant then litting it cure overnight. Then hit it with 2 layers of wax but let each layer of wax cure overnight also.
