Removing Cloudiness in Lights...
Hello,
I was cleaning the side of my turn signal lights and used rubbing alcohol, which now made the plastic lights cloudy instead of clear...how do I restore the clear plastic, not this cloudiness?
Thanks,
Jason

Get a bottle of Meguiar's PlastX from your local Autozone, Advance Auto Parts or Pep Boys. Best product to clean off the cloudiness, hazing or yellowing from your headlights.

I will let you guys know how it goes. Apparently the undiluted rubbing alcohol "burned" the plastic. Then I tried flushing it with water, put some meguiars paint cleaner, polish, then tried wax, all metal polish, and it looks WHITE, while it used to be clear.
A new corner light is $75!!
I'll try plastx first...

If you do decide in the future to use rubbing alcohol, make sure it is Isopropyl. It is still a great cleaner, but will not hurt any exterior surfaces made of plastic.
