i use scratch x or plast x (depending on the severity of the scratches) followed by a light coat of a GOOD car wax.

Use Plexus, it's made for the aircraft industry where they use a lot of plastic type material. It fills in the micro scratches. Just spray it on and wipe it off with a clean, soft towel. You'll see and feel the difference. You can get it at any motorcycle shop as it is a staple in the industry. About $6 a can.

I wouldn't use Pledge, it is too greasy and just lies on the surface. Use Plexus as it does not leave a residue.
