i was looking at my sc on the rear quarter panel and i see these small nicks on it, i dont know what it is or where they came from, there are like atleast 10 of them and you have to be at a certain angle, i run my hand on the quarter panel and hardly feel anything and there is nothing noticable up close, can these be polished away because they certaintly dont look look like dings

You may have some luck with the Meguiar's ScratchX product if they are not too deep. On my black LS400 it did a really good job on some marks, others it didn't really help. Worth 8 bucks to try.
