Default Car Wax

How many times do you wax/wash your car? And any particular favorite/best brand?

And if you can't hire Pocky, you gotta park the car and slam the parking brakes to watch anything on that DVD screen .

I woud highly recommend a search - this topic has been beaten to death (and risen, and beaten to death again)!

adc
There are several brands on the market that do an amazing job. It just depends how exotic you want to get. One good band is Meguires NXT.
It's an ez on ez off type wax with little or no white residue. It gives a good wet look if your surface is prepped properly.

And if you want to take it a step further, top nxt(adding a layer on top of) with hi-tech yellow wax from meguiars professional line
Ohh, and i wax my car every two car washes which isn't necessary, but I like a nice and shiny car.

That's exactly what I did to my Dodge Ram yesterday. I applied a good coat of NXT and followed up with a coat of pure carnuba wax. Man that thing sure looks wet.

Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax

That's definitely my favorite.

I'd wash once or twice a month. I'd probably apply a simple layer of wax once a month as well, depending on if it's Caranuba or not. I'd do a full detail 2-3 times a year, which includes claying and polishing.
