use that rain-x invisible shield. the bugs stick to it instead of your paint and then it just rinses off.

Has anyone heard about using dryer sheets kept in your car to wipe them off? I talked to a Lexus salesman a while ago, and he was telling me one of his old secrets of keeping a box of dryer sheets in his car to wipe off any bugs or crap on your car. I haven't tried it, but just wondering if anyone has???

Default Yes, I used the fabric softener tissues...

I was out washing my car, when my neighbor r'xed it. I went inside (tried it on my GF's car first) and it worked awesome, the bugs came off instantly. It didn't seem to do anything to paint. I only used it once, so I don't know what if any long term side effects it might have.
