Default Removing melted tire rubber from paint?

Can anyone suggest a good product that can remove melted tire rubber from the car paint? My tire blew, and threw rubber everywhere... but it would be the same as a serious burnout, in terms of how it can kick rubber onto the paint.

Do I need something very abbrasive? Any ideas?

Thanks!

I'd start with bug & tar remover, and then graduate to a clay bar. It may take multiple passes with the clay, but you'll get it off of there.
