Default Best way to fix this?

Hi all,

I walked out to my car today to find this:

What is the best way to touch it up? I have Lexus OEM touch up paint. I read online to put some primer, and a coat of base paint everyday until it fills up evenly.

sand down the area just a bit, and then primer, and then base coat. If you're ****, use clear coat since 03 came with clear coat, but I prefer not to use CC since the area is so small. Finally, wetsand the area to smoothen out the paint, then polish it. That's the basic rundown
