I've also got some positive opinions about PlastX. I used to have some slightly yellowing and hazy low beams on my SC, just a single pass with PlastX makes a world of difference. Unfortunately it does not remedy scratches so well.

I know they say that it works excellent for clear lenses such as headlights, but has anyone tried it with the tail lights or side markers? I'm sure that when it dries it will turn clear and all should be good, but want some confirmation before I jump in.

It will work out great for sidemarkers and taillamps.

Should look better than headlights because those parts are not subjected to the abuse the headlights and fogs go thru from being on the front of the car. If you have scratches that will not come out using PlastX, you will need to use a heavier compound or wetsand with some 2000 grit sandpaper (1500 for deeper cuts in the plastic).

PlastX is just a polish compound, not liquid sandpaper. (haze and swirl remover, not scratch remover) There is a difference.
