You meant elbow , right ?
Well i don't want to paint that lid or whatever it calls, just the center console.
I got black interior but mine center console is broken and it was so hard to get in black so i bought it in tan and now i want to match the color.

Krylon Fusion paint is specifically made for plastics, but I doubt you'll find it in the tan shade that matches.
If you already bought the tan, does it match? If so, you should degrease the console, then spray plastic prep/ adhesion promoter on it prior to painting.
Done correctly, that should work very well, and not peel etc.
