Default Paint quandary

My onyx black 99 SC4 has a chip in the drivers side B-pillar. I see it every time I get in the car, and it's driving me nuts. The paint on the B-pillar is a different black than the rest of the car - it has quite a bit of metallic in it. My previous spruce 93 SC4 had (I think) the same metallic black paint on the B-pillar.

I called the Lexus dealer today about touch-up paint and was told that they have none for the B-pillar color. So, like I have done so many times before, I figured I'd probably find the answer here.

Anybody found a good match for the B-pillar black?

Paint it the same black as your car, it looks 100000x better!

I have the same issue. Actually the passenger side was repainted staight black (previous owner) and is chipping again. Drives me nuts.
