1 - get the lexus touch up pen; because your car is a pearl, the top coat is what makes everything match
2 - if the bottom half of your car is a diferent color you need diferent paint for it

The paint is still fresh enough that a clay bar or paint polish should remove it. Bug & tar remover might work too.
You might want to do a local search for mobile paint repair specialists - these guys can do amazing things at a surprisingly low cost. Otherwise, I'd recommend something like the Langka or Griot's touch-up kit, using paint either from your Lexus store, a local body shop (generally pretty expensive) or someplace like expresspaint.com. Good luck...
