I would not use anything, including a damp microfiber, on the screen. The only thing I would use on the screen is a dry microfiber, and make sure it does not have any particles of anything stuck to it when you wipe the screen.

I just wondered if I could use Meguiars detailer on my wood trim and radio buttons. My pre-set buttons look like greasy fingers have been all over them.....

It does for me. I use it on all the trim, vinyl and plastics.

An observation
I used the Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer and I've noticed that with it's use I no longer have that film developing on my windows. This product seems to stop or significantly reduce outgassing. Not sure if the outgassing and subsequent film developing on my windows when I park in the hot sun was due to the vinyl of the dash material or the other product dressing I used previously but it used to be a chore to keep my interior glass film free.
