Default Bumper Sticker on Car?????

Okay, I'm a huge Barack Obama fan. Since my car gets its fair share of looks, I figured I could contribute to his campaign with free mobile political advertising.

Okay, these Obama in '08 stickers are MASSIVE. Not like an average CL sticker or a decal thats easily removable with little left over residue. Now I'm not a retard, the sticker is not going on the bumper, but rather on the rear windshield.

Once the elections are over, how hard will that sticker be to remove from the glass once its been on there for a while and sun baked in the Cali heat?

Should I even do this.

It's really taking off stickers. Grab a bottle, fill it with water and alcohol with a level of 1:4. Spray it on the sticker, and then take one flap of the sticker, slowly start peeling it while spraying with 1-3 sprays every 10 seconds. My stickers came off easily =] If that doesn't work, what you can also do is try some goo gone from home depot That'll always work!

Use a hair dryer when pulling it off. Then you can remove any residue using GS400's method.

Razors will damage your glass. It's best that you use a hair dryer, and my method =] I took off like 100 stickers from my car when I first bought it using my method

stick the sticker onto a piece of vinyl - the same material our CL stickers are made of and then cut it out of the vinyl and then put it on the car. this way you can take it off w/o having to deal with all the sticky residue.

When election is over, replace with a new bumper sticker. I recommend one I saw down in San Diego with my girlfriend...

pushinlex - you can find the vinyl at just about any clear bra shop or vinyl window sticker shop.

Check out www.clearbrafilms.com for a clear bra installer near you - most of the shops that do clear bra installs also have vinyl and if they're Obama fans, you might just be able to get it for free.
