used it 2 days ago and finally saw it bead up this morning. Normally with 1.0 the morning dew would just be a fog like mist on my hood. It doesn't have beading or anything on the morning.

With 2.0, it actually beaded...a lot all over my car. Literally millions of droplets of water that are about 2mm big each. I'm very impressed with the new formula =]

How long doe it last if you wash once every 2 weeks, little sun exposure and 0 rain?

Thanks.

Both offer the same look, protection and durability. I prefer the liquid for ease of application. It takes a bit more attention to put on a thin, even coat with the paste. The liquid is also easier if you decide to apply with a PC.

+1 to that. Much easier to put a thin layer on a car with liquid. I was pleasantly surprised that there was wax on my car when I did it. It was my first time using a liquid wax

So how do we apply the wax? any special directions? all i did was use a brand new microfiber cloth and worked the wax into the car and then wiped it off with a different edge of the towel.

Am i doing this correctly?

I used NXT; it was my first wash on the 2IS

Next time you are in an auto store or Target, WalMart, etc. look for some microfiber covered foam applicator pads. These work very well in applying a thin even coat of wax. I'd recommend using new or very clean microfiber towels to remove the NXT 2.0. Very little rubbing should be needed. The less you need to rub the more sealant is left on to protect your finish. When applying be sure to apply it as thin as you can.

If you haven't removed the nylon tags sewed to your towels be sure to do so. They can scratch.

I find that the included pad in 2.0 works quite well for me. I put only a little at a time then stretch it as far it could go, then add more and cover 1/3 of it again to ensure coverage of the ending parts

Then its the microfiber to take it off haha

So I went out yesterday and bought a bottle of NXT 2.0 yesterday still having like a little over a half bottle of the 1.0 version left. I scored a deal because I got a bottle of Meguiar's car wash free with the purchase of the NXT 2.0. I admit that I did a rush job when waxing because I was short of time since I had errands to run. So far it looks okay but I did rush it. I'm gonna do it over again today.

Default Applied NXT 2.0

Well I spent the time today and waxed my GS up with NXT 2.0. So far I am very pleased with the results and it feels smoother than 1.0 or maybe it's just in my head. I would like to see how it is after we get rain. A few pics of the results:

Did not take any pics but after years of using Show Car Glaze and #26 gave this a try on my daughters IS 250 AWD and the white metallic paint actually hurt my eyes without sunglasses in the sun!! Flawless---so much so that I did the Truck and the Acura and to say I was pleased is an understatement. Might even use it on the HOK paint on my bike!!
