Poor salesman good product
The Auto Armor is actually a great product! it literally keeps your car looking like it just got waxed for months, even after it rains it still looks amazing. Now as far as it lasting 7 years I would say that Lexus is SELLING it when the say that. Just like any wax or sealant the length of time that it lasts all depends on the conditions that the car itself goes through. Is it garaged, covered, parked in the sun while at work, washed often and so on. As a professional detailer I have seen the results of Auto Armor and the stuff is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it! But you cant just slap it on and expect it to last 7 years. It does need a "rejuvenation application every 6 months or so which should be included by the dealer and I would say that 3-4 years is a good estimate as to how long it will last
