1)Clean with brake cleaner and wire brush and/or simple green.
2) Scuff up really good with sand paper
3) wipe with alcohol (not the kind you drink)
4) tape up any area that you don't want paint on such as moving parts
5) spray with brake paint in light coats (very important so that paint doesn't run)

Make sure you cover your ENTIRE car. You'll be surprised how far the overspray will end up.

I would remove the calipers to be painted and work with them well away from the vehicle. Ensures you can get it painted properly to (angles and what not).

Then put them back on after dry, and re-bleed the brake system.

Just be careful not to paint functioning parts.. although they will break free very easily due to the hydraulic powerful nature of a caliper. Paint is a great thing that goes beyond looks.. It really helps brake systems from Oxidation.

While your down there.. Sand any rust spots mildly, and give them a splash. (Just not the rotors of course). Don't do anything but perhaps clean the rotors lightly -- Don't scrub them with a pad, as the pads seat themseleves, and by rough cleaning you could disrupt the pattern of bedding your pads have made. Which can cause rotor warpage at worst..

Post pics too of before and after =)

Wheels on and wheels off.

I ordered my kit from Tirerack but it gets brushed not sprayed. Worked very nice. You can order caliper stickers to put on also that look pretty nice.
