I got the car just under a year ago and the seats were in great shape for a 10 year old car with 80k miles. I clean them maybe once a month with just warm water and clean rag and then leather conditioner after. The only real problems are small cracks on the drivers seat on the side and front i'm guessing from where I get in and out. What can I do to keep these from getting worse or spreading?

I do park in the ridiculously hot florida sun most of the time but I have 5% all the way around and always keep the sunroof shade closed.
