Default Best tire dressing brand

Good day all,

I conducted a search to see if this topic has been discussed before and found nothing. So my question is can you provide me some HIGH quality (not Armor-all) tire dressing brands.

It all depends on personal opinion. There is no one better than the other really.

I personally use Armor all tire shine gel.

Ive used Meguiars Foam spray
Black magic tire wet spray and a few others and like any type of Gel the best as it is easier to put on and give a good finish.

I've been using Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance High Gloss. It lasts a pretty long time and has a grape smell. Just remember not try to eat it.

I've been using Armor All but when I switched to Meguiar's it last a long time and not messy...drips all over the driveway and even the rims.

Check this out, it kinda depends on what type of look you're going for, this should give you plenty of suggestions.

Dyou guys ever get the black stuff like flying all over your car? I let it sit and dry for a while before I drive my car again but I always always get the black dots I'm assuming from my tire shine flying all over my car and it's annoying.

I use Meguair's Gold Class tire shine gel, but I like all of their tire shine and wheel cleaning products. In regard to the black spots, you do need to wait a while before driving. Also, as the directions mention on most bottles, you should wipe of any excess. I like to use a shop towel after the tires have dried for about 15 min.

Most oil or silicone based dressings tend to sling off your tires even after you wipe off excess. The constant rotation causes the oils and other properties to collect, sling off, and cause runs as well.

Hey Kyle, have you experiemnted with your new kit yet?

I like tire dressings from Optimum. I have used Tire Shine and currently use Opti-Bond (both from Optimum). They are both water-based formulas that provide a moderate level of gloss (between ultra-glossy and matte finish), are easy to apply, won't sling, and last through multiple washes.

You can see Opti-Bond on my car here after 3 washes... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=350193

Geezzz im in search of the "ultimate and best' tire dressing myself however im looking for two different kinds one spray on one if i dont have much time and another that i can brush on like when i do a "full" detail. I prefer that shiney glossy look and thus far the meguiers grape-like dressings is tops i guess but it does leave a lot of residue so ive been using a tire wipe to get rid of this but it isnt as shiney?
