Also, when I use the QD spray, is it good to use one of the above towels with it, or just a regular little MF cloth?

-once again, sorry for all the questions lol

Higher quality towels give you a lower chance of scratching your paint. I find that the vroom towels at Target are sufficient enough for me. I don't have a black car though so you may need some different input...

Use QD when there is a light amount of dust on the car. It can also be used to clean your windows and to remove fresh bird crap. How often you use it is up to you but the more dirt thats on the car means a greater risk of scratching your paint. Use a quality microfiber to use the QD with. Cheap stuff may cause problems later down the line
What is the difference btw UQD and the above?

UQD has hydrophobic abilities while Last Touch is just a good way to get off light dust and fingerprints. UQD improves the sheeting ability while Last Touch doesn't. Last Touch is also a good lube when diluted 1:1 so thats also good

Anyone got opinions on these? I want to buy one but don't know which is better, they both sound pretty good ...
