Default What are my choices? Keyed w/ pictures

Our RX got keyed about 2 days ago and for the past hour I've been rubbing it with Mother's Scratch Remover or something. I got 1/3 of it pretty good (until you look close up).
What are my choices?
1. Professional Detailer?
2. Another off the counter product?
3. Repaint?
I just need it to look unnoticeable from far as the lease is ending soon on the car.

It happened on the front door and the back door.

Front door

Zoom on it

This is the best I could do

Rear door

Help please

Where in SoCal are you at? Maybe I can extend part of my services to you. I can probably make them less easier to notice but if they got keyed to the primer or the metal then I'd have to touch it up with paint then sand it down. If you're close by I can come and take a look at it

You can't do much with OTC products btw. You need at least a machine to make it look better

If those scratches aren't very deep, you can try to repair this yourself using Langka. The Langka system has you using the OEM touch-up paint that you can pick up from Lexus, and then the Langka will make it blend in with the paint.

I personally have not had to use Langka, but I know a number of people that have used it in the past to repair rock chips and what-not.
