Question Repaint panel or whole front end?

I purchased my 2004 SC430 with the thought of repainting the front passenger fender. The fender was painted by an amateur and it shows. I think the front bumper was also repainted at that same time.

I took the car to a local paint and body shop and they suggested that I repaint the hood, bumper, fender and blend the passenger door with some new paint too. Total cost, around $800.00. There is no body work involved, just paint.

When I bought the car I though a simple repaint of that 1 panel would be fine. What is your opinion on painting more than just that panel? See pic for current mismatch of paint.
