Default Bug & Tar Remover = Safe on Windows?

I took off my roof spoiler and some double sided tape remained. I was just curious, is the bug & tar remover safe to use on windows? I read the instructions and dangers int eh back and it does say it is safe to use on any auto surfaces or any paint. It also states it is safe to use on non-porous surfaces. I'm not really 100% sure but does windows qualify as non-porous? Should I worry about anything happening on the window if I use it?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

yes it's safe, but you might not even need it on glass. Just get some detailer spray for lubricant, use a razor blade and lightly scrape it off
