Default how easy to repair - fiberglass lip

hey guys,
so how hard is it to repair cracks on a fiberglass lip? could this be diy or is it better to take it to a shop? don't worry about paint, just fixing cracks, spider web, etc. tia.

found this product online and it seems to have very good reviews. thinking about using this instead of doing a regular fiberglass repair. has anyone used this product before? paint, epoxy and/or the straightline filler.
