Handwash!!
I always wash my vehicles twice each time.
If you live in an apartment & washing your car is inconvient, bring your vehicle to one of those Coin-Opt places & just use their pressure washer for water only.
However...still bring your own bucket & mitt, because they have this brush that squirts out soap, I would not use anything abrasize on the paint.
