Default Rim/wheel repair

Is it possible to fix alloy wheels that get scratched? I was backing out of a drive way today and scratched my right rear rim pretty badly. I am very upset, but would hope to get it fixed if possible. If it's even possible, how much should it cost?

Probably need to be refinished. I'm sure theres local places that can do it. A long time ago I took some wheels to wheel collision center in Bath, PA. Might be outdated info though.. not sure if they're still around or what.

Quick follow up. I took the car back to the dealer today to get the wheel fixed. They have a wheel guy who comes in every Thursday. Wow, I can't believe it, looks like it is brand new and nothing ever happened. Since I picked the car up after the service center was closed, my question is, can I have the car washed or do I need to wait a certain amount of time like if the car was painted? Dumb question I'm sure, but I don't want to mess it up after getting a second chance.
