What's the best way to get the bugs, tar and grime from off my hood and bumper...any special cleaner, cleaning cloth or sponge?? I'm ready to wash, clay, polish and wax it...but not until i'm able to get that crap off my hood. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

This is a great combo for what you're looking to accomplish. http://www.glimmerglassdetailing.com/bugsqbugto.html
If this still isnt strong enough, you try some Poorboys APC for the tar.

Otherwise, you'll need to move to claying the area to remove any areas that just wont budge w/ either of these products.
