Default How can I erase a pen mark in my interior?

My friend was trying to put his pen back in his backpack in the backseat when he accidentally scraped his pen on the ceiling of the car. It is a pen mark and I was wondering how i can get rid of this pen mark. Anyone with experience please post. Thank You

Yeah, how do you end up with your hands in the air when your trying to put it away. I think hes out to get out.

I would try stain remover for cars, you see then all the time in the store.

Cheap hairspray (e.g. Aqua Net) works wonders for removing ball point pen ink from leather, I'm not sure how it would work on a headliner though.

1) Smack friend with your Genie garage door opener remote.

2) Buy carpet spot/stain lifter.

3) Spray stain lifter on microfiber towel (NOT DIRECTLY ON HEADLINER), and lightly blot stain.

4) Repeat item #3 as necessary.

5) Make friend eat microfiber towel when finished.

I have gotten ink, even permanent marker, out of many types of surfaces with hair spray including leather and clothing. Just a little on a Q-Tip works wonders. I have used cheap stuff and my good stuff and they all seem to work well.
