I take it that after reading these posts that you all used these Meguiar's with an orbital buffer? Can you use these by hand instead or is that no good? I mean by hand doing the whole car, not just around door handles.

I use a DA(dual action) buffer because I think it does a better job over all than by hand and it cuts the time down significantly. Also, it's almost fool proof. If you aren't experienced, stay away from the orbital buffer or you can do some damage to the paint.
