What's the best product to use on my dash and vinyl/plastics? I've heard Meguiars Quick Interior detail. I don't want to use anything that's going to feel oily like armor all. It's also a new car too about 900 miles, so should I just use a microfiber towel for now with maybe a little water?

yes! Either 303 aerospace or Optimum leather protectant (formerly protectant plus).

Both are going to leave a very nice matte finish. The only real difference I see between the 2 is the consistency of the actual product. The optimum seems to be a little thicker. Otherwise, both are fantastic products that provide ample UV protection
