Default Clay bar help

I have purchased several products from Zaino and love their products. Problem is I don't have any of their clay bars and I'm really wanting to spend all day Saturday washing, claying, washing, polishing the car. I contacted Zaino and they don't have any disributors in KY and he doesn't overnight his products. Can I just use Meguiars or is there another clay bar out there that will work this one time?

Thanks for the help guys!

Most clay bars are made of similar or identical material...The results are the same if you use proper technique..I'm sure Meguiar's clay is just as good...

Meguiar's clay or Mother's Clay are very good too. I agree that most clays are very much the same. Just do not go too crazy when you use the clay! Just glide it over the paint with the lube and when you feel the resistance is gone, move on.....

j, my .02, my personal favorite is Griot's, it's softer and there's a lot in the jar. it molds to the curves of the car for a more even pressure. Zaino is a little too hard, seems harsher as you float it over the paint and it's a very small bar (if you drop it it's wasted), BUT their polishing stuff is great!!!! Clay Magic is also a hard bar and would use this for the 'bottom' of my cars.

if you're gonna polish then you should be fine with any bar you use. if the car has been clayed before dont use anything that is aggressive or you might mar the paint

i actually prefer the Meguiers clay to the Zaino. The Zaino seems to break down very quickly. I think its because they say to use a soap and water solution as the lube. The Meguires uses quick detailer.
