Goof Off on Window Visors????????
Hello everyone,
My friend accidentally applied some goof off on his window visors. Now, you can see where the goof off is. It has left a smear on the visor.
Is there anything he can do to remove the smears?

Goof off on plastic is very hard to remove. It can come off with some very heavy polishing, but alot of times it chemically bonds with the plastic. Don't ask how I know,, just say I have thrown many a plastic item away after ruining it with this stuff. Should have used a diluted solution of it so it would not have been so strong.

If I am not mistaken, goof off has a chemical called Xylene in it. This is an extremely abrasive powerful cleaner. I do not recommend using it in any auto interior.
I know this because this was a chemical I used to work with many years ago in a manufacturing plant.
The best interior cleaner I've ever used without causing damage is Spray Nine.
