Attaches to a standard garden hose and comes w/ plenty of proportioning tips if you'd like to fine tune the amount of shampoo that is pulled through. In stock and ready to go

absolutely! I've been very happy using poorboys super slick n suds in my foam gun. Otherwise love citrus wash n gloss and optimum car wash. like most products in detailing, its going to come down to personal preference

After Isaac and I did some testing the DP soap; Meguiars Hyperwash and the best bang for the buck (automagic) Cherry Bubbles- seem to be the foam kings

ALSO:

when using the foamer, im assuming you do not use the 2 buckets, one with car wash shampoo, and one with clean water? just a bucket with clean water?

whenever i do this, the bucket of clean water gets soapy and dirty as well, so what is the sense behind this method? thanks!

You can still use 2 buckets when using a foam gun. One for your dirty rinse water, and you could probably think of the 2nd as an extra rinse bucket.

Wouldnt hurt to use foam gun to pre-soak the car followed by a true was with Mitt and 2 buckets, would it? Just to have that extra wash and suds?

No no harm with that process. I like to spray the car down with the Foamaster II first so it can start to loosen up contaminants. This saves you from scrubbing contaminants to remove them and thus reduces the chance of adding swirls, etc. to the clear coat. Just be careful you don't leave the soap and water on the vehicle for too long before rinsing, especially if you are in direct sun.
