Default Damn it! Is my paint jacked?!

I finally decided to give it its first claybar session. And to my amazement, I think, whatever is stuck on my coat of paint, is really stubborn. Claybar won't take it off. My car is white and I see black, amber/orange specks, etc on my paint surface. I also have other marks which I don't know how to describe, but it's gunk and other stuff. Help! How do I get it off?!

Black could be rail dust, amber/orange could be rust particles (maybe?). What clay bar are you using? The OTC Meguiars Clay Kit will be too weak for this stuff. Most likely you'll have to up it to Meguiars Aggressive Clay or Clay Magic Red.

Another option is a Decontamination Kit but that should not be done without lots of reading lol

Yep a stronger clay may be the answer. Just know that some of the more aggressive clays can marr the paint a little bit and may require some minor polishing afterwards. If you have trouble finding an aggressive bar at your local stores, I have a medium and medium/heavy bar on the site

As others have mentioned a medium grade clay bar would probably help. An adhesive remover may also work like the Stoner Tarminator.

I used the medium red clay bar from a detailing truck I bought from and it scratched my clear coat. =\ Maybe because that clay bar is too aggressive? Should have got a light instead of medium?

If you think about it, clay bars can be classified as super fine sandpapers. To be able to remove rail dust, one would need a more aggressive bar to "shave" it off. Usually OTC ones sold in kits are super gentle so they may not work.

OP--if you are afraid of scratching or instilling more swirls than there are (assuming there is some), look into a paint decontamination kit
