[rant] So yeah, today I washed, clayed, polished, glaxed, sealed and waxed the Civic. It was beautiful, not a cloud in the sky or a drop in the forcast...and wouldnt you know 2 hrs later, its F'in pouring...

I should have known.

You polish way too much man. Granted its a hand polish but still polishing so often is over kill.

Lol, last time I did that it "sprinkled" on my car that night. Luckily the water spots were virtually nonexistent on the paint (thank you Supernatural) but the windows weren't so lucky. A quick spray of OID fixed it all up though

Pay attention to the weather, it helps sometimes

I waxed my car a few weeks ago with Poorboy's Natty's white and it seemed to wear off when a late spring storm rolled into NorCal. I just waxed it with Production's AX-313 to tie me over for this week, it rained last night and a few hours ago.

Well, if it was polished and waxed already, then a quick mist of quik detail should clean up the rain fairly easily.
