I can offer my thoughts on the G110 as I've used both. The G110 has slightly more power, faster speeds and is ergonomically easier to use. That said, the tools are much more alike than different. Both will achieve similar results using the same pads and polishes. I believe the PC has a better reliability record so far but as with any new tool, the first ones out the door usually have issues and these get corrected in subsequent production.

Here is a comparison of specs:

The G110:

Jim is right on the money, right now the supplier for the G110 is fine, before they had a bunch of QC (Quality Control issues)
Also the G110 counterweight housing wont scratch your paint when you're trying to get into the door handle area.

Just used the PC 7424 today. Very easy to use, just one thing is it VIBRATES ALOT! Makes my arm sore and numb in a way. Is it suppose to be like that? Or maybe because I'm NEW?

DA's do vibrate. When you think about it the DA is simulating a hand motion only doing it between 2000 and 6000 a minute. There is going to be vibration. You will find that you get used to it after a while. Another point... it is not necessary to hold the PC in a vice-like grip. It's not going to fly out of your hand. Try to keep a relaxed comfortable grip on the unit. If your arm gets tired take a break. Maybe move on and do some interior detailing and then return to the DA.

PC does vibrate...take off the handle and put 2 bolts in on both sides it helps cut vibrations down by about 40%

True, I do need to get used to it. But when doing the doors and bumpers, it gets kind of more shakey and heavier. After finishing the whole car today, I was thrilled! Results were Fabulous! Although my arms were fatigue afterwards.

The PC and most buffers vibrate and will numb your hand. Try different grips and ways of holding it or taking short breaks because it is the constant vibration that fatigues your hand and breaks can give you time to recover. Once you see the results the numbness is worth it though
