tiny black dots
For those of you guys who have light colored GS (white, silver, blah blah....) i was just wondering if you noticed tiny black dots on your paint, especially at the back side of the car a bit above the rear wheels. I have tonnes of them......i cant really see it when i stand like 1 metre away, but if i look at it closer, there are those irratating black dots!!!.......
I was wondering.....how can i get rid of them ......i tried scratching them off wif my nail but it takes forever!!.......i was wondering if they would come off if i use really high pressured water pump to spray them off......
need some help.......

Is it pimp juice or road tar?
If its pimp juice, apply less to your tires or after applying them, wait five minutes and wipe the excess off with a rag.
If its road tar, you can use WD-40 to take it off, just spray some on the rag and wipe the tar off.
The only other thing I can think of the black dots being is rubber. You just have to stop smoking your tires at the stop lights.

Did you get your car undercoated (shudder)? If so, it could be overspray.
It could also be some kind of tire shine liquid that got thrown off the tires, that's common.
There are lots of products on the market that remove those kind of spots. Check out your local Pep Boys.

I concur what the others have said:
In this order:
- Citrus based clearners
- WD40
- Goof-Off
Be sure to re-wash and re wax the freshly cleaned and dried area. Those products will completely strip off your polish and wax.

I know what youre talking about. I have a new escalade and the dots are alot on the car. Since my car is white. I think clay bar will take that all of. So you should try that.

The strongest yet most gentle on your finish cleaner is probably simple green, that stuff works magic on everything from wheels to your dash.
Sounds like a commercial slogan..

Ill second the clay bar, thats what we used in the detail shop to get overspray, tar, bugs....pretty much anything that is hard to get off. Clay bars are one of the nicest things for a car, just need to inform everyone about them...most people i talk to dont kwno what they are
